Sorry,I forgot that normal users can no longer post in that unlike in the V2 Forum....however the kernel of the question remains the same  : since it deserves to be in the " Front Page Headlines " , why has he not asked it to be posted in that to a Administrator or Moderator through PM ( Private Message ) or even make a note of it  in this same post?
