>There is one in the tengu village, but getting to it can be tricky depending on their mood. Sometimes places like Scarlet Devil Mansion and Eientei are willing to deal in things, but that's not really a market. Supposedly there's a black market out there, but heck if you know where it would be found or what they even have.
