C62 circle cut girl was actually cirno

So the touhou exhibition revealed that it was cirno the entire time. Among the many questions I have about this the biggest one is why it took 20 years for it to be revealed to be cirno.

The Tweet after admits that she's possibly not Cirno and I remember that during looking for Rin Satsuki it was stated that the girl in the picture wasn't her. Furthermore, ZUN back then was making a lot of characters out of whim just because he felt like drawing them, so this may not be the exception given that it was made during that special time period when he created few nameless maidens.

I guess we'll never really know who she was then but it was funny to think it was cirno for a bit.

I was at that exhibit today and I can confirm she is not Cirno, though I can understand where the mistake came from. There was some other text written on that same page though: "What is Game Music?" or something like that.
