First,Thanks you for the translation,thread making and constructive call for opinions.
 
Superficially it looks irresponsible but it is not,not unless they start Reitaisai 17  while the Covid-Emergency in Japan does not significantly decrease before their postponement of the 2nd Half of May OR" Health Security " is weaker than now   :
1.since Reitaisai(17) is smaller than Cancelling Comiket (98) 
2.A REAL increase pouring over from the "Latter Canceled one from the First postponed one" is not going to happen and be permitted in this Health&Discipline&Solidality Emergency.
3.Good intentions and actions have already been manifested with Reitaisai 17 on May 17 2020 alongside... is being po

C99 is not taking place either. Automn Reitaisai is happening on the 18th. So is M3 a week later.
Wait and see for next year.
