Title: a problem with a touhou launcher

I'm having some trouble with adigitalproject.tk's touhou launcher, and every time i try to run the launcher, it just says 'already up to date' then closes. Is there any way i can get the actual launcher to run?

Pretty late answer, but if you're still so keen on figuring that application out then I suggest looking around the creator's officail hubs. They've got Twitter, Discord and Youtube even.
